Zilla Printing - Faster and Finer

Zilla Printing uses a Revolutionary Technology called MEMJET. It is imbedded into the Vortex 4200 Press which we use to PRINT WIDE FORMAT. This Press was developed in Milan Italy by RTI - Digital, and we imported the FIRST PRESS in the USA .

​WHAT MAKES THIS TECHNOLOGY SO SPECIAL?

Each of the 5  Memjet Heads in the Vortex 4200 has 70,400 print nozzels just 1.2 pico-liter in diameter. That is 1/2 the diameter of a Human Hair. The press releases 3.5 Billion droplets of ink per second and produces images at a rate of  1 foot per second.  Because the droplet is so fine it is capable of producing a 1/2 pt font that is sharp. Native resolution of the PRESS is 1600 dpi, so it is capable of exteme detail and very vivid color using Water Based CYMK process INKS.
